We are now entering cold and flu season and it will be imperative to remain as healthy as possible. Staying on top of preventative care such as routine treatments like the flu vaccine, screening for COVID-19 symptoms daily, and taking prescribed medications may help to reduce additional risks to our immune systems at this very important time. We are pleased to offer an option for you to get your flu vaccine this year. Please remember to consult your provider if you have questions.
Here is what you need to know about drive-thru event:
- Retirees, spouses and dependents over the age of 18 may come to the drive-thru event at our Global Headquarters on Friday, October 23rd from 9 AM until Noon. Spouses and dependents must be accompanied by the retiree.
- Queue up at the far end of the main parking lot and wait to be directed to one of the drive-thru stations set up in the west parking lot.
- Drivers should be prepared to receive the flu vaccine in the left arm and passenger should be prepared to receive the flu vaccine in the right arm.
- Everyone in the vehicle must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth regardless of whether they are getting a flu vaccine.
- No one should get out of the vehicle or congregate in the area.
- We hope to get everyone through the drive-thru event in a timely manner and appreciate your patience and understanding.
- We are striving to physically distance, sanitize and keep all safe.
Here is what you need to bring:
You MUST complete the attached consent form ahead of time and bring it with you in order to get your flu vaccine; you will not be able to complete the form at the event.

- Anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 should delay a flu vaccine and consult with their provider for guidance.
