TOP STORY

Our existing website, based on written code, has two significant limitations. The most important limitation is the website’s vulnerability to evolving and rapidly occurring external technical updates.

This type of website now requires totally devoted resources to predict, understand, and proactively rewrite code to consistently avert outages. The limits of unpredictability from external technical change constrains our ability to manage an all volunteer organization.

All volunteer organizations need robust systems to attract and retain interested contributors.
