Open Enrollment is October 12 through October 23, 2020
This is a reminder to all Retirees that Open Enrollment is quickly approaching. Please be aware of a change in the way materials will be provided this year for Pre-65 plan members.
- Communication materials will be mailed to your home address in the beginning of October
- Questions regarding enrollment can be referred directly to Aetna by calling 1-800-426-4584 (TTY:771)
- Members in the post-65 plans will still receive a renewal kit in the mail
- NEW This Year: Members in the pre-65 plans will receive a post card in the mail instead of a renewal kit
- The post card guides members to visit the retiree benefits website for information about the next year’s plan options and details
- The retiree benefits website will provide updated rates for the next plan year
- No action is necessary for members who wish to continue their current coverage selection
